Welcome to my website, Smile More Worry Less, where I publish self-paced, self-help online courses for those who are ready to self-coach their way to a better tomorrow.
My first course, Know Yourself, is the first of many courses to come that offer self-paced, self-coaching for anyone who is at a point in their life right now where they feel like they don't know themself or want to reconnect with themself. You may be younger and just don't know where you are headed in life, or you may be older, like I was, and just want to take a different path than the one you have already been traveling along. Really knowing yourself is super important because it is the foundation where you build who you want to be and where you want to go in life. In this course you will analyze your beliefs, consider what you really want in life, discover your passion and purpose, set goals, tweak your habits, and design a vision board.
My second course, How to Feel Better: Owning Your Thoughts and Feelings, is designed to help you train yourself to think a different way, as the way you are currently thinking isn't serving you for some reason. For me, I had become very negative in my way of thinking and needed to change that, not only for myself, but for the well-being of my children at the time. I also wanted to take my power back by deliberately choosing to feel how I wanted to feel instead of believing that others, or the universe, was in charge of how I was feeling. In this course you will take a deep dive into understanding and owning your thoughts and feelings, understanding and owning your actions and results, followed by a lesson on why trying to control others makes you feel bad.
The work I put into self-coaching myself by getting to know myself better and by owning my thoughts and feelings, literally saved my life. I went from not understanding why I was in so much pain, to not only understanding why, but also taking my power back and creating a life that serves me so well that I look forward to the future instead of dreading it.
